Just out of interest, if anyone wants a copy they can email me directly and I'll send them one (jjm1000 at cam.ac.uk) - as it is a bit hard to get in the UK and I've got a few author's copies to hand. All they need to do is promise to donate £10 or what they can afford, to the charity of their choice. However, I've only got a few so, as they say, hurry while stocks last! Seriously, thanks again for this Stuart. There is a lot more material out there on early Quakers and Islam (and other faiths and cultures) and I'll be publishing quite a lot more in the future - though I'm planning to do it via open access publishers in the future so that it doesn't just end up in university libraries or costing a fortune (though the Swedish academic publishers were excellent and very supportive of the project).Justin J.
